Craig Vogler is an Experienced Carpenter, Builder, Government Building Inspector/ Surveyor/ Certifier & Termite Manager with over 35 years in the Building Industry. Craig undertakes all the inspections and termite management installations;

After many years as a Government Building Inspector, Craig started All House Inspections in 2002 servicing the Sunshine Coast.

With a strong return customer base due to the quality of our building & pest inspections, detailed reports, termite management installations, customer service and pricing.

Recommended by a number of Solicitors and Mortgage lenders because of our thorough inspections and reports.

We are not like those Franchises, Craig does not trust anyone else to undertake his inspections and we offer that personal service you cant get from a call center.

We specialize in: Pre-Purchase / Pre-Sale Building and Pest Inspections; Treatment of Active Termites i.e. dusting and/or baiting systems; Installation of Termite Management systems i.e. physical and/or chemical and/or monitoring systems.


We use leading edge technology including:

  • Timber tapping throughout all areas of the building;
  • Tramex moisture reader used throughout all walls of the building;
  • Flir thermal imaging camera at each inspection.

ALL HOUSE INSPECTIONS Building and Pest inspections are in compliance with the requirements of the Australian Standard.
