My name is Craig Vogler, an Experienced Carpenter, Builder, Termite Manager & Government Building Inspector/ Surveyor/ Certifier/ Development Compliance Officer with over 39 years in the Building Industry. I personally undertake all the Building & Pest Inspections and Termite Management Installations & will not use contractors for any of my services.
I began undertaking pre-purchase building and pest inspections over 20 years ago. It all started when a family member asked me to take a look at a property they were considering purchasing. At the time, I advised them to engage licensed pre-purchase building and pest inspectors to complete the formal inspections and reports, while I also independently assessed the property.
I was working as a Government Building Inspector, Surveyor, Certifier, and Development Compliance Officer at the time, and I was genuinely disappointed by the quality of the reports they received. Several significant defects had been missed. After liaising with the inspector responsible, those defects were acknowledged and the reports were amended.
That experience prompted a change in my career direction. I realised there was a real need for thorough, honest inspections that genuinely help purchasers understand what they are buying into. From that point on, I committed myself to providing clear, detailed, and practical building and pest reports that clients can rely on.
For this reason, I have never been interested in aligning myself with real estate agents. I take great pride in being a fully independent Building and Pest Inspector, focused solely on ensuring my clients have a clear understanding of both major and minor defects within a property.
To this day, I still find it incredibly satisfying to help clients make informed decisions—and I consider myself very lucky to be able to say that I truly love my job.
After many years as a Government Building Inspector/ Surveyor/ Certifier/ Development Compliance Officer, I started All House Inspections in 2002 servicing the Sunshine Coast.
With a strong return customer base due to the quality of my building & pest inspections, detailed reports, termite management installations, customer service and pricing.
Recommended by a number of Solicitors and Mortgage lenders because of my thorough inspections and reports.
I’m not like those Franchises, I do not trust anyone else to undertake my inspections and I offer that personal service you can’t get from a call center.
I specialise in: Combined Pre-Purchase Building and Pest Inspections; Treatment of Active Termites i.e. dusting and/or baiting systems; Installation of Termite Management systems i.e. physical and/or chemical and/or monitoring systems.

- Tramex moisture reader at all inspections and used throughout all walls of the building;
- Flir colour thermal imaging camera at each inspection.
ALL HOUSE INSPECTIONS Building and Pest inspections are in compliance with the requirements of the Australian Standard.
