We specialize in: Pre-Purchase / Pre-Sale Building and Pest Inspections, Borescope Inspections, Invasive Inspections i.e. extent of Termite entry and/or Termite damage and/or moisture damage, Annual Termite Inspections; Treatment of Active Termites i.e. dusting and/or baiting systems; Installation of Termite Management systems i.e. physical and/or chemical and/or monitoring systems; Swimming Pool Fence Safety Inspections.

 

All Pre-Purchase & Termite inspections and treatments carried out by ALL HOUSE INSPECTIONS are performed personally by Craig Vogler. Craig is an Ex-Government Building Inspector and Building Surveyor with over 27 years experience in the building field.

 

We do not use sub-contractors or other Building Inspectors to carry out the inspections or termite treatments.

 

All reports are written by Craig, therefore you can be rest assured all inspections or treatments are carried out by an inspector that is passionate about his work and values the reputation of his business.

 

OUR INSPECTION SERVICES

ALL HOUSE INSPECTIONS is unique – others will generally offer a visual only inspection of the property. We offer much more with the advanced technology that has been adopted and/or developed by Craig with the ability to offer and undertake Termite management options.

 We use leading edge technology including timber tapping, moisture reading technology when performing ALL timber pest inspections; with Borescope Special Purpose & Invasive Inspections also available. This added benefit enables us to see where others simply can’t and to make a determination on both structural damage and termite activity.

ALL HOUSE INSPECTIONS Building and Pest inspections are in compliance with the requirements of the Australian Standard.

 

Craig will inspect all areas of the property that I can physically gain access to. This includes: Subfloor; Building Interior; Roof Space; Roof Exterior (Subject to height above ground); Building Exterior and the Property Exterior including External Structures.
